We offer a full range of residential and commercial carpet cleaning services for all types of carpet fibres including synthetic and wool carpets.

2. How often should I have my carpets professionally cleaned?

It is recommended that you have your carpets cleaned every 12-18 months to maintain their beauty and appearance while prolonging their life.

3. Does my furniture need to be moved before cleaning?

We ask that any large items such as sofas, chairs and tables are moved out of the area we are working in prior to commencement of work. However we can move smaller objects like chairs, plants and side tables with no problem.

4. What methods do you use for carpet cleaning?

We use both hot water extraction (steam cleaning) and dry cleaning techniques depending on the type of carpet & its condition. Our technicians will test the fibre & determine which system is best for each individual job.

5. Are the chemicals and solutions used for carpet cleaning safe?

Yes, all the cleaning agents used are completely safe for your carpets and family. All products used have been tested and approved by Good Environmental Choice Australia.

6. What happens if I’m not happy with the finished result?

We take customer service very seriously, so if you’re unhappy with the results we’ll come back and re-clean any areas at no additional cost to you.

8. Is there anything I can do to maintain my carpets between professional cleanings?

There are a few simple things you can do to help maintain & extend the life of your carpet in between regular cleanings. Vacuums should be used at least once a week & spot stains need to be attended to promptly by blotting with a damp cloth or white paper towel until stain is removed.

9. Can you remove pet stains from carpets?

Yes, pet stains can be successfully removed from most types of carpet fibre when treated quickly and correctly. We use specialized pet stain removal products which are designed specifically for removing stubborn animal odors & urine stains from carpeting.

10. How long will it take for my carpets to dry after they have been cleaned?

It will usually take 3-6 hours depending on ventilation, temperature and humidity levels present in the home or business as well as upon how dirty your carpets were prior to cleaning. We use powerful suction machines which captured virtually all of the moisture leaving your carpets practically dry to the touch.

11. Are there any preparations I should take before my carpets are cleaned?

Yes, it is recommended that you remove breakable items and all small pieces of furniture like chairs, plant pots and other decking material out of the area to be cleaned prior to commencement of work.

15. Is there an extra charge for stairs or rooms that require extra work?

No, our professional technicians will assess each individual job and provide a fixed quote up-front without any hidden costs for additional rooms or difficult-to-reach places such as stairwells or skirting boards etc..

16. Do I need to provide anything for the technician on the day?

We kindly ask that all large pieces of furniture and valuables be moved out of the room prior to commencement of work so our technicians can effectively clean your carpets with minimal interruption. However don’t worry if you can’t move them we can do it at no additional cost!

17. What health risks are associated with not cleaning carpets regularly?

Carpets collect dust, hair, dust mites and pollutants which further aggravate allergies and asthmatic conditions while also leading to respiratory ailments over time when they are not well maintained & kept clean with regular vacuuming & deep cleans. So its important to make sure these issues are prevented by having your carpets properly cleaned on a regular basis!

18. What type of payment do you accept?

We accept both cash payments upon completion as well as card payments via our secure payment gateway facility if required upfront before commencement of work .

19. Does steam cleaning damage my carpets permanently?

Absolutely not! We understand that our customers today can’t always predict what their day will look like so if you need to reschedule an appointment, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we won’t charge you anything extra!

22. Does my carpet need to be completely dry before having it cleaned?

No, having a wet carpet is no problem for us as long as everything has been dried off and humidity levels present in the area is below 70%. Just keep in mind that drying times may vary according to indoor conditions such as temperature & ventilation.

23. Do you offer commercial carpet cleaning services?

Yes, we provide a full range of commercial carpet cleaning services for business premises & public spaces throughout Brisbane including factories, schools, restaurants, office buildings etc.. All of our technicians are highly experienced professionals who operate seamlessly within even the busiest environments.

24. How long does it take for each job?

The length of each job varies depending on size/shape of the area being cleaned but typically it takes about 2-4 hours per room. Please contact us with details relating to your job so that one of our friendly customer service representatives can provide you with a more accurate quote!

25. Do I have iron-clad guarantee against re-soiling?

We don’t offer any iron-clad guarantees against re-soiling since it is impossible to predict how quickly carpets might become dirty again due to environmental factors such as traffic wear & tear, pets etc.. However, our team will always make every effort to ensure your carpets remain looking great postcleaning, using only topquality products and materials!

26. What should I do after my carpets are cleaned?

It is important that after your carpets have been professionally cleaned, you keep them free from gathering dust by vacuuming regularly (every 3 days) and avoid getting them wet if possible over the next 12 hours while they are still drying. Special attention needs to be paid to pet bedding so not too much urine is absorbed into the fibres!

27. Are there benefits from having my carpets steam cleaned?

Yes! Hot water extraction (steam cleaning) removes deep embedded dirt particles which cannot be extracted using normal vacuums, thus not only making your carpet look like new again, but also extending its life span to save you time and money in future replacement costs!

28. Is there an easy way for me to tell when its time for professional carpet cleaners?

One surefire way to identify whether or not its time for professional CARPET CLEANING SERVICES is by taking off your shoes and touching the surface with the palm of your hand. If the Material FEELS STICKY OR UNCOMFORTABLE under your foot then its most likely time for a deep clean!!
